Terms of use

Last updated · June 2026

These are the terms for using winsenlabs.com. We've kept them short and written them in plain English, because we'd rather you actually read them.

Who we are

Winsen Labs is operated by Fanpit Technologies Private Limited, a company registered in India. When we say "we", "us", or "the lab", that's who we mean. You can reach us any time at hello@winsenlabs.com.

Using this site

You're welcome to browse, read, and share what you find here. Don't do anything that would break the site or interfere with other people using it. No scraping at abusive rates, no probing for vulnerabilities, no impersonating us.

Our content

The writing, design, and branding on this site belong to us unless noted otherwise. Our open-source projects (Platos, Rocketman, and the NDNA research code) are licensed separately under their own licenses: Apache 2.0, MIT, and as noted in each repository. Those licenses, not these terms, govern your use of that code.

Outbound links

We link to our product sites and to third parties like GitHub and Discord. Those sites have their own terms; we're not responsible for what happens there.

No promises

This site is provided as-is. We work hard to keep everything accurate and available, but we can't guarantee the site will always be up, or that everything on it is free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for damages arising from your use of the site.

Forms and applications

When you write to us through the contact form, express interest in the Academy, or apply for a role, you're sending us an email (with any attachments you add). We use it only to reply to you. Don't send us anything confidential before we've agreed to keep it that way.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
