The short version: we collect very little, we never sell your data, and most analytics only run if you say yes. Here's the long version. Still short.
Who's responsible
winsenlabs.com is operated by Fanpit Technologies Private Limited, registered in India. For anything privacy-related, write to hello@winsenlabs.com.
What we collect
Three things, and only these:
- Forms.The contact form, the Academy interest form, and job applications. We collect what you put in: your name, email, and message, plus a company (contact), or a phone number, links, and any files you attach (job applications). It's delivered to our inbox as an email and used only to reply to you.
- Anonymous traffic stats.Page views and referrers via Vercel's cookieless analytics. No cookies, no personal identifiers, always on.
- Product analytics, only with consent. If you accept cookies, we use PostHog to understand how the site is used. If you decline, it never loads. Off by default.
Cookies
We set exactly one functional cookie:

That's the only cookie we set ourselves. If you accept analytics, PostHog then loads and sets its own cookies to measure usage; decline (or ignore the banner) and PostHog never loads, so it sets nothing. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking. You can change your choice any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Who we share data with
Only the vendors that make the site run:
- Vercel hosts the site and provides cookieless analytics.
- Resend delivers your form messages and applications to our inbox and sends you a confirmation. Contact messages and job applications are also routed to our internal channels in Slack.
- PostHog provides consent-gated product analytics (only if you accept).
We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers. Nobody gets your email except us.
How long we keep things
Form emails and applications stay in our inbox like any correspondence. We keep them as long as the conversation is useful, and delete them on request. Analytics data is retained per our vendors' standard windows.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@winsenlabs.comand we'll sort it out. No forms, no runaround.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
