About the role
Interns at Winsen Labs are generalists. You will move across different aspects of the company as the work needs it: research one week, helping on a client deliverable the next, writing, testing, running process, building small tools. You will see how an AI lab actually runs, from the inside, and you will own real pieces of it.
This is a part-time role, and we are hiring for two positions.
> Prerequisite: you are AI native. You already use AI to do the work of several people and you pick up new tools in an afternoon. This is the one thing we will not flex on.
What you will do
- Take on whatever is most important and least owned that week
- Move between research, product, client work, ops, and writing
- Use AI aggressively to punch far above your weight
- Ship something real, regularly
What we look for
- Sharp, fast, and self-directed. You find the work; nobody hands it to you.
- Range. You have done more than one thing well, and you like it that way.
- A bias to ship. Something running beats something perfect.
- You write clearly
