About the role
You will build agents and products that live in production and earn their keep. Not demos. Not prototypes that die in a notebook. Real systems, running on Platos, doing real work inside real companies.
You will work directly with the founding team, ship to customers from week one, and own whole problems end to end: design, build, deploy, observe, improve.
> Prerequisite: you are AI native. This is not negotiable. You already build with coding agents every day, you reach for a model before you reach for a Stack Overflow tab, and you have strong, earned opinions about where AI helps and where it gets in the way. If AI is still a novelty to you, this is not the role.
What you will do
- Design and ship AI agents into production for our engagements and for Winsen
- Extend Platos, our open-source agent runtime, where the work demands it
- Wire systems into messy real-world stacks: mail, calendars, CRMs, data warehouses
- Build the guardrails, monitoring, and evals that keep agents honest
- Talk to the people who use what you build, and let that change what you build
What we look for
- AI native, end to end. You ship faster because you have made coding agents part of how you think, not a toy on the side.
- Strong engineering fundamentals. Language does not matter much; taste does.
- You have shipped things people actually used, and you stuck around to maintain them.
- Comfort with ambiguity. Most of our problems do not have a spec yet.
- You write clearly. Half this job is explaining systems to humans.
