About the role
You will be the force multiplier for the founding team. The lab runs on research, products, and a handful of consulting engagements at once, and your job is to make all of it move faster and drop fewer balls. You will sit between the founders and everything else: planning, operations, hiring, customers, and the dozen things that do not fit neatly in any box.
This is a high-trust, high-leverage role for someone who wants to see the whole company at once and is happiest when the machine just works.
> Prerequisite: you are AI native. You run your own work on AI: drafting, research, analysis, ops, the lot. You will be expected to automate yourself wherever possible and to set the standard for how an AI-native company actually operates. If you are not already living this way, this is not the role.
What you will do
- Turn the founders' intent into plans, and plans into shipped outcomes
- Run the operating cadence: priorities, follow-through, the things that fall through cracks
- Build AI-native internal systems and automations so the lab runs lean
- Own logistics across hiring, finance ops, customers, and partnerships
- Step into whatever is most broken or most important that week, and fix it
What we look for
- AI native by default. You instinctively reach for AI to compress any task, and you can teach others to do the same.
- You are absurdly organised and trustworthy with ambiguity and confidential context.
- You have run operations, programs, or a company before, in some form.
- You write and communicate with unusual clarity.
- You would rather own an outcome than a job description.
